We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in our pricing and product information. If any such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. All prices listed on the Voodoo Jewellery website are in Australian dollars.

Return Policy

Our refund policy:

Please choose carefully.

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact Voodoo Jewellery directly. If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it with the same item if it is deemed to be faulty or another item from our range of the same price. If there is nothing that appeals to you at the time, then we will record a credit on file and when ready you are welcome to use when you have found an item you are interested in. You can use this credit against higher priced items, provided the balance is paid.

When you want to return an item, email us at info@voodoojewellery.com.au giving us your name, address, and details of the item, along with the reason for the return. We will then send you a reply with returns confirmation. All returns must be approved by Voodoo Jewellery. Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchase, we are more than happy to help.

Once we receive the returned items, we will email you within 72 hours. To avoid unnecessary delays all returned items must be accompanied with your name and email address. . We will not be held responsible for delays if the required information is not enclosed within your returned package.
