Australian Customers
We consolidate all Australian orders and ship via Australia Post Monday through Friday (except national holidays).

Your order will be distributed from our premises in the quickest possible timeframe after clear receipt of payment.

International Customers
Shipping & handling charges are fixed at $11.00 per package to anywhere in the world.

Your order will be shipped via international mail directly to you from our premises in the quickest timeframe possible after clear receipt of payment.

Important Note: Customers outside of Australia, please consult with your local Customs on import duties and other taxes that may apply. Customs charges vary from country to country.

We will not be responsible for such charges.

Registed Mail
Registered mail is STRONGLY recommended for all purchases to ensure that your goods are sent directly to your nominated address. If you choose not to have your items sent by registered mail, Voodoo Jewellery will not under any circumstances refund, repackage or resend items, that are lost in transit. It is in your best interest to have your items sent by registered mail.

Although international insurance for orders under $50 is not mandatory, we recommend that you select to include a $1.50 nominal fee, for insurance purposes at the time of purchase. Voodoo Jewellery will not be responsible for packages that are stolen, lost or otherwise missing, if those packages were not insured.
